Vampire Doll
This was a project that I took on for a friend who had a naked vampire doll! She wanted her dressed as the Bride of Dracula; she's wearing a chemise, bloomers, a white cotton petticoat, a black broiderie anglaise petticoat and a black silk dress with Victorian beading on it. I thought she needed a coffin and that was the part I enjoyed the most. It was made from mountboard, wood effect fabric, red crushed velvet, sticky tape and fabric glue--it was a real Blue Peter moment! |

Christmas Stocking
Christmas stocking made from Cotton Christmas fabric, lined with red cotton and wadding, hangs from a twisted cord and has a padded heart and a golly doll 'escaping' down the side of it. |

Silk and Goldwork Notebook
This book was one I made from Dupion silk and goldwork embroidery materials. The pages are Japanese silk paper stitched with a twisted cotton and the covers are mountboard covered with wadding and the embroidered silk with a ribbon tie. |

I made this cushion cover for my aunt from a green silk dress she bought in Thailand and her cream silk wedding dress, an eco-friendly project with sentimental value. |
